I’ve got great news to share—I have a kidney transplant scheduled for February 18th!
Thanks to your likes and shares of my social media posts, over 95 incredible people stepped up to get tested as potential donors.
Not only have I found a match, but two others have also volunteered to save the lives of those in need of this life-saving surgery.
This journey has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life, but it has truly restored my faith in humanity. The outpouring of love and support from so many has been overwhelming and deeply moving.
A huge thank you to Sharyn Kreitzer and the DOVE Transplant – Living Kidney Donation for Veterans team for their guidance and support throughout my kidney campaign and for educating and assisting potential donors.
